Booking conditions

The booking confirmation is considered an offer until the advance payment required for the booking has been received on the account indicated in the e-mail requesting the accommodation fee and a confirmation has been sent by e-mail.
The remaining amount of the accommodation fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. Based on a preliminary e-mail discussion, the remaining accommodation fee can also be paid by bank transfer and Szép card payment.

Cancellation policy

• In case of cancellation at least 10 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded to the bank account sent to us by e-mail.
• In case of cancellation within 10 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, but in case of force majeure (by prior written agreement), subject to availability, the booking fee can be used for a later booking.
• If guests shorten their originally planned stay, there will be no refund of the previously paid deposit or the full amount of the accommodation fee paid on arrival.
• Cancellations must always be made in writing to mokka@apartmanoksiofok.hu or nemo@apartmanoksiofok.hu.

What happens to the advance payment during Covid-19?

• If an official restriction comes into force on that would prevent the trip from taking place, the deposit will be refunded or, by prior written agreement, the deposit can be used for bookings made for a later date.
• If the period of the trip is not affected by new official restrictions, the terms and conditions included in T&Cs shall apply to the refund of the advance payment.

Arrival/Departure

• The apartment can be occupied after 14:00 on the day of arrival. If the apartment is available earlier and is required, the accommodation can be occupied earlier by prior written arrangement.
• On the day of departure, please leave the holiday home by 11:00. If the occupancy of the apartment allows, the guests can stay longer, but this will definitely require prior arrangement on our part. Please let us know in advance, in writing, to our e-mail address mokka@apartmanoksiofok.hu or nemo@apartmanoksiofok.hu, if your need for early / late arrival / check-out.

Tourist tax

Upon arrival, 400 HUF / person / night for people over 18 years of age must be paid on site.
