We will try to respond to your request by email within 24 hours. If the apartment is no longer available during the requested period, we will definitely inform you.

If the apartment is available, we will consider your interest as a pre-booking intention and will send you a confirmation email confirming that the apartment is available to you.
In this e-mail we will send you the final amount of the booking price, 30% of which must be transferred to the specified bank account as a deposit within 3 days

IMPORTANT! The booking is considered final when the booking fee has been received on our account.
Until then, others have the option to book the holiday home for the same period, so it is important that the booking fee arrives as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

When the booking fee has been received in our bank account, we send a booking confirmation email. Please pay the remaining 70% of the accommodation fee on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer. We will also issue the invoice for the accommodation fee on arrival.
